Stokes-Hodges Ford is looking for an enthusiastic Internet Sales BDC representative to join their growing team in Graniteville, South Carolina. The role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with potential buyers, all while fostering a professional and team-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer calls and internet requests for vehicle pricing and availability
  • Schedule appointments for potential customers with the sales team
  • Confirm next day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls, texts, and emails
  • Work with Internet Manager to follow up with hot leads
  • Prospect the Manifest Lists
  • Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
  • Log all appointments in eLead
  • Maintain daily appointment activity in shared document
