Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor to work with high-net-worth clients based in the UK from its office in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your finance expertise to build relationships and provide tailored investment services while adhering to a fee-only fiduciary structure.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with UK clients
  • Connect proactively with clients quarterly to review asset allocation
  • Educate clients on investment strategies and market events
  • Collaborate with internal portfolio decision-makers and support teams
  • Demonstrate knowledge of UK regulatory practices
  • Gradually build a roster of clients within the first year

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management or financial services
  • Series 65 exam or equivalent certification
  • Client-focused consultative approach
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory practices
