Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor to work with high-net-worth clients based in the UK from their Tampa, Florida office. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships without the burden of prospecting, as the firm emphasizes a fee-only fiduciary approach to investment management.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting professional relationships with UK clients
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Collaborate with sales team to gradually build a client roster
  • Adhere to UK regulatory practices and operational responsibilities

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management and client services
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory practices
  • Ability to pass the Series 65 exam or equivalent
  • Consultative approach with a client focus
