Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor to work with high-net-worth clients in the UK from their Camas, Washington office. This role emphasizes building trusting relationships, educating clients about investment strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to provide outstanding service without the pressure of sales commissions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build professional relationships with UK clients
  • Review clients' asset allocation on a quarterly basis
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Gradually build a roster of high-net-worth clients with assistance from the sales team
  • Adhere to UK regulatory practices and operational responsibilities

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, finance or client services
  • Pass the Series 65 exam or equivalent
  • Client-focused consultative approach
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory practices
