Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor to service high-net-worth clients in the UK from their location in Plano, Texas. This role focuses on building client relationships, educating clients on investment strategies, and adhering to UK regulatory practices while working as part of a fee-only fiduciary firm.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with UK clients
  • Connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and financial goals
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy, investments, and market events
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop a roster of high-net-worth clients
  • Adhere to UK regulatory practices in client interactions

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management or financial services
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory compliance
  • Consultative approach with strong client focus
  • Ability to pass the Series 65 exam or equivalent
