Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor based in the United States to service high-net-worth clients residing in Canada. This role focuses on building client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to provide top-tier investment advice without the sales pressures typical of financial professions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with Canadian clients
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation and financial goals
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy, investments, and market events
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to enhance client service

Required skills

  • CFA (any level)
  • Series 65 (assistance provided to obtain)
  • 4+ years of portfolio management experience
  • Client relationship management expertise
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consultative approach with emphasis on client focus

  • Base salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year
