Overview

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Investment Counselor based in the United States to service high-net-worth clients in Canada. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and ensuring clients are informed about their investments and market trends, while benefiting from a firm structure that separates sales from client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Build trusting and professional relationships with Canadian clients
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review asset allocation
  • Educate clients on portfolio strategy and market events
  • Collaborate with internal portfolio decision-makers and research teams
  • Gradually build a roster of high-net-worth clients

Required skills

  • CFA (passed any level)
  • Series 65 (will help obtain upon starting)
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio management and client relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Consultative approach with client focus

  • Base salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year
