Overview

The Internal Service Technician at Innovance is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure reliable operation and minimal downtime. This role involves using advanced troubleshooting techniques and preventative maintenance practices to support production and customer equipment needs while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and interpret technical schematics to identify mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures
  • Conduct routine inspections, oil changes, part replacements, and calibrations to minimize equipment downtime
  • Disassemble faulty parts, replace broken components, and test machinery to restore full operational functionality
  • Log detailed visit reports outlining the scope of work and maintenance recommendations
  • Work independently and occasionally travel for field repairs
