She Recruits, LLC is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician Assistant to join their well-established geriatric care organization in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This full-time position focuses on improving the health and well-being of older adults in a supportive clinical environment with a predictable schedule that avoids nights, weekends, or holidays.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in long-term care and assisted living settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Deliver compassionate behavioral health support when needed
  • Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and care teams

Required skills

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Behavioral Health experience preferred
  • Geriatric experience helpful but new graduates are welcome
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented
