She Recruits. LLC is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician Assistant to join a growing geriatric care organization in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role is dedicated to improving the health of older adults and offers a supportive clinical environment along with a focus on work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in long-term care and assisted living settings
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team
  • Deliver compassionate behavioral health support
  • Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and care teams

Required skills

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Behavioral Health experience preferred
  • Geriatric experience helpful but motivated new graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented and compassionate approach
