Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside a dedicated group of hospitalists
  • Choose between roles as a Rounder or Admitter
  • Manage patient volumes to support high-quality care
  • Rounder: Average 12-20 patients per day
  • Admitter: Typically 6-12 admissions per shift
  • Maintain a 7-on / 7-off schedule for work-life balance

Required skills

  • Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
  • MD or DO degree
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota
