BAS Healthcare is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician-led clinic in Superior, Wisconsin. The clinic, attached to a Critical Access Hospital, offers a collaborative environment with modern amenities and flexible hours to promote work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide clinic-only patient care with potential for hospitalist shifts
  • See an average of 16 patients per day
  • Utilize Epic electronic medical record system
  • Participate in shared call rotation
  • Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Admit patients to the attached Critical Access Hospital

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
  • Clinical skills in patient care
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Flexibility in scheduling and call management
  • Team collaboration in a multi-specialty environment
