Overview

Aspirus Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join their team in Duluth, Minnesota. This role offers a blend of both outpatient and inpatient care in a collaborative environment, providing a strong support system for new graduates and ample opportunities for mentorship and teaching.

Key responsibilities

  • Build an outpatient practice while maintaining hospital-based clinical skills
  • Handle a patient panel and unassigned admissions in inpatient care
  • Participate in call rotation every 8th weekday and every 5th weekend
  • Support provided by a multispecialty care team with various on-site services
  • Teach medical students and residents

Required skills

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Experience in patient care, both inpatient and outpatient
  • Clinical skills in a collaborative healthcare environment
  • Teamwork and mentorship capabilities
