Overview

WhiteCoat Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for locums coverage in Venice, California. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient clinic setting with a manageable patient load and a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting
  • Manage a panel of patients, seeing an average of 18 patients per day
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including RNs, LVNs, and Behavioral Health specialists

Required skills

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Active California State License
  • DEA certification required
  • Spanish-speaking ability preferred
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic
