Join a thriving independent hospital in Minnesota as an Internal Medicine - Pediatrics Physician, focusing primarily on outpatient care while also handling inpatient and nursing home opportunities. The position offers a supportive clinic environment with a balanced schedule and leadership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage outpatient-focused practice with inpatient and nursing home opportunities
  • Provide care with dedicated support from LPN/CMA and additional RN for coordination
  • Conduct hospitalist coverage one week out of every three
  • Participate in inpatient rounds during blocked clinic schedule
  • Assume Nursing Home Medical Director leadership role if interested
