We are currently looking for an adult nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice in Killeen, TX . Ideal Schedule: Achieve excellent work-life balance with no call and predictable weekday hours (M-F) no evenings or weekends. Dynamic Patient Care: Manage a diverse mix of chronic disease and high-acuity walk-in visits, keeping your clinical skills sharp. Dedicated Support Staff: Benefit from a robust team, including 6 dedicated Medical Assistants and long-term administrative staff to maximize provider efficiency. Future Growth Potential : An opportunity for future involvement in precepting and potential for expanding your procedural skills (e.g., injections, minor surgery). Qualifications : 2+ years of primary care experience required , no new graduates will be considered Spanish-speaking is a plus, it is not required Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP or AGNP) or Physician Assistant. Active Texas license or willingness to obtain. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
