Overview

The Interim Sr. Director of ED, CV, & Women's will oversee daily operations within the Emergency Department, Women's Services, and Cardiovascular units of a Maryland hospital. This leadership role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting staff through mentorship and education.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, Women's Services, and Cardiovascular units
  • Support staff mentorship and development
  • Reduce risk factors and readmissions
  • Establish and uphold accountability standards
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the teams
  • Maintain strong communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active MD and/or compact RN license
