Overview

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Supervisor to oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, payroll accounting, and month-end processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger.Review payroll reports, accruals, and related financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget-to-actual variance analyses.Support year-end audit preparation, regulatory reporting, and financial compliance requirements.Oversee accounts payable activities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.Pay Rate$45/ Hour You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
