Job Description

Overview

Intel is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative technology processes that drive their product roadmap. This role involves collaboration with various engineering teams and focuses on improving yield, optimizing device performance, and supporting technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and define integrated front end process flows for new technology nodes
  • Analyze yield loss and perform root cause analysis using statistical tools
  • Work with device engineers to optimize critical dimensions and parameters
  • Implement control plans and process monitoring strategies
  • Support technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including device and equipment engineering

Required skills

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related field
  • Experience in semiconductor device fabrication or electrical characterization
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (SPC, DOE, FMEA)
  • Familiarity with JMP, MATLAB, scripting languages (Python, JSL, TCL)
  • Understanding of device physics and VLSI fabrication instruments
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
