Job Description

Overview

Join Intel's Foundry MDCE and Logic Technology development organizations as a Process Integration Engineer to contribute to process technology innovation and drive Intel's product roadmap. The role focuses on process development, yield analysis, device performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while operating in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and define integrated front end process flows for new technology nodes
  • Coordinate with lithography, etch, deposition, diffusion, wet clean, CMP, and metrology teams
  • Analyze yield loss and perform root cause analysis using statistical tools
  • Drive corrective actions to improve yield and cycle time
  • Ensure electrical parameters meet design targets in collaboration with device engineers
  • Implement control plans and process monitoring strategies
  • Support ramp from RnD to high-volume manufacturing
  • Document process specifications and standard operating procedures

Required skills

  • PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Optics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanic
  • 6+ months experience in semiconductor device fabrication or electrical characterization
  • Knowledge in JMP, MATLAB, scripting languages (Python, JSL, TCL), programming languages (SQL, C/C++)
  • Understanding of Device physics (CMOS, FinFET, GAA)
  • Experience in VLSI device fabrication and testing
  • Knowledge of VLSI fabrication instruments and statistical process control
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
