We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Excellence and Justice and are united in our commitment to achieve the best outcome for our clients.You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed todelivering onour founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.The OpportunityAs our Intake Attorney, you will have the opportunity to engage and sign clients in the areas of wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.Accountable for Determineviabilityof potential cases.Sell the Firms strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression including nights and weekends.Travel to location to speak with and sign clients.Assistpotential clients step-by-step through their intake process. Qualifications At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment.Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close.Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment.Ability to travel and work weekends or on-call as needed.
