Overview

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join their Augusta office team. In this full-time role, you will support a Sales Agent in driving new business sales and enhancing customer retention by building strong relationships within the local community.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business sales
  • Assists in processing new business sales and customer service transactions
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent
  • Contribute to and execute marketing plans
  • Identify mass marketing prospects through community outreach
  • Meet monthly goals for new business sales
  • Maintain high retention levels through follow-ups on new policies
  • Address customer concerns regarding policies and account status
  • Participate in a training program for unlicensed candidates

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
