Overview

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Agent in Green Bay, responsible for selling and servicing a range of insurance and financial products. This full-time role involves generating new sales, maintaining existing accounts, and participating in local events to expand business networks.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell and service ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products
  • Identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales and retain existing insureds
  • Overcome objections to close sales and meet defined sales targets
  • Conduct insurance reviews to recommend suitable products and coverage
  • Participate in local branch events to solicit new business
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to insurance and financial products

Required skills

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
  • Current Life & Health Insurance Sales license or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • 1+ years customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales skills and consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong prospecting and customer focus
  • Ability to work irregular hours and possible weekend work
