Overview

Join AAA The Auto Club Group as a Field Insurance Agent I in Arlington Heights, where you'll play a key role in selling and servicing insurance products. This position involves utilizing sales techniques to meet targets, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the company’s insurance book.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell and service ACG branded and brokered insurance products and memberships
  • Identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales and retain existing clients
  • Conduct insurance reviews and recommend suitable products
  • Participate in local branch events to solicit new business
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance, membership, and financial products

Required skills

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
  • Current Life & Health Insurance Sales license (or obtain within 90 days)
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs
