Overview

The Insurance Agent (Licensed Personal Lines, P&C) role at Concentrix is a remote position focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support related to Property & Casualty insurance products. Ideal candidates are Spanish/English bilingual individuals with a resident insurance license, capable of engaging with clients through various communication channels to identify and resolve their needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong reading and comprehension skills
  • Actively listen and inquire to identify customer needs
  • Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing
  • Process new and/or amended enrollments
  • Ensure an authentic customer experience

Required skills

  • Active resident license for Property & Casualty insurance
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone
