This role offers onboarding and on-the-job training, including support toward obtaining the required state license. Youll develop client relationships, share product information, and help clients find solutions suited to their needs. Success calls for initiative, integrity, strong communication, and an interest in helping others. This is an independent-agent opportunity with a commission-based compensation structure that may include residual income, bonuses, and stock programs. Work arrangements and schedules may offer flexibility, with details discussed during the hiring process.Responsibilities:Present insurance products and provide enrollment guidance and education.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, business owners, and other stakeholders.Identify client needs and offer practical, strategic solutions.Support marketing efforts and lead generation.Serve as a benefits resource, worksite liaison, and counselor while adapting communication to client preferences.Complete required training and maintain applicable state licenses, which may include Life and/or Health licensing.Collaborate with others and manage time and client relationships effectively.Qualifications:Interest in helping people and learning about insurance and benefits.Strong communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Initiative, a positive approach, a strong work ethic, and high integrity.Willingness to complete licensing requirements and maintain applicable state licenses.Prior insurance experience is not required; training is provided.Benefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: Hybrid
