Overview

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated, relationship-driven individuals for an outside sales career as Insurance Agents in Corona, California. This role provides the opportunity to work autonomously while helping clients protect themselves and their families through various insurance products. No prior insurance experience is required, and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative approach.
  • Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Identify prospective customers and perform relationship-driven outreach.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Utilize insurance sales technology and relationship management tools to provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in training and performance incentives for continuous improvement.

Required skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of sales conversations and common customer objections
