Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent for a full-time, in-office role in Sarasota, Florida. The position is centered around building strong community relationships and addressing the insurance needs of clients with a focus on auto, home, and life insurance products.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture local relationships to serve community insurance needs
  • Achieve sales goals through uncapped commissions and bonuses
  • Participate in paid training and mentorship
  • Utilize lead generation and customer base growth strategies
  • Effectively communicate and present insurance solutions to clients

Required skills

  • Active Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Quick learner with understanding of insurance coverage
