Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated and relationship-driven professionals for a rewarding outside sales career in Erie, Pennsylvania. This role provides the autonomy to build your own career while making a meaningful impact by helping individuals and families with various insurance products. No prior insurance experience is required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative approach.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information.
