Track emerging instructional design and technology trends to develop new procedures and techniques to improve training effectiveness. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in instructional design or technology, education or a related field. Experience with rapid-authoring, audio and video editing tools and workflows. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3+ years of experience in the customer service industry preferred.
