This role is designed for individuals who value structure, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a daily impact in a school setting. If you're looking for a meaningful role where your support helps students navigate challenges and achieve success in the classroom, this position was designed with you in mind. Duties may include but are not limited to:Assisting in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines;Providing direct support to students with special needs;Collaborating with special education teachers and other staff;Discusses curriculum area with classroom teacher to coordinate instructional efforts.
