Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Installer for General Construction in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The role involves traveling to residential or commercial sites to install equipment, perform troubleshooting, and ensure job site clean-up. As a leading foundation repair and water management specialist, Groundworks offers a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and the protection of customers' homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general construction labor tasks including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up
  • Assist with the installation of products and services under supervision
  • Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites
  • Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
  • Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct
  • Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's reputation
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success

Required skills
