Overview

As an Installer at Sunspace Deck and Shade Solutions, you will play a crucial role in constructing sunrooms and porch enclosures throughout northwest Ohio. This position offers a clear career progression from Installer to Lead Installer and beyond, as the company seeks to expand its crew to meet growing demand.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute Sunspace installations from setup through teardown, handling 2-4 jobs per week.
  • Follow installation sequences and maintain precision on every cut, fit, and seal.
  • Keep the truck and trailer organized with daily inspections and report any issues.
  • Complete job documentation accurately with before/after photos and reports.
  • Take direction from Lead Installers and build toward running jobs independently.

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work from ladders
  • Experience in installation and construction
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
