Overview

The Inside Sales Support Representative at Curry Supply Company plays a vital role in supporting aftermarket parts growth by handling customer inquiries, identifying parts, preparing quotes, and entering orders. This position focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience while facilitating revenue growth and effective order management.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound parts inquiries by phone, email, and web channels.
  • Identify correct parts and provide accurate quotes.
  • Enter and manage orders through completion.
  • Communicate pricing, availability, lead times, and substitutions.
  • Follow up on quotes, open orders, and backorders.
  • Resolve parts, pricing, and system discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with service, purchasing, and operations.
  • Support customer retention and repeat sales growth.

Required skills

  • Experience in parts sales, inside sales, or industrial customer support.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with part identification.
  • ERP/CRM/system proficiency preferred.
  • Aftermarket, truck equipment, or fluid power experience preferred.
