Job Description Insight Global's client is family owned and operated business of self storage units. They are seeking an inside sales representative to sit full time onsite at their main call center in South Bend, IN. Hours: During Training: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After Training: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend Requirements: Required to be on call for one weekend a month, which includes bringing the work laptop home and answering calls from home. Required to work a maximum of two Saturdays a month from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM. If you're on call the same weekend as your Saturday shift, your hours will be from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. The week following an on-call weekend, you may take one unpaid day off. The week following a Saturday shift, you may take a half day or full day off, unpaid.
