Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at GEICO, you will provide insurance quotes, guide customers through coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies without cold calling. This role is instrumental in delivering quality service and support to customers while contributing to the company's mission of exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
  • Stay informed about GEICO's products and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage

Required skills

  • Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask

  • Base Salary: $41,000-$47,000 annually
