Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at 1-800 Hansons LLC, you will play a vital role in qualifying leads and enhancing the customer experience through effective communication in a busy call center environment. This position offers opportunities for advancement and personal growth within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from inbound and outbound calls.
  • Schedule appointments for product presentations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Utilize internal tools to assist customer inquiries effectively.
  • Support sales representatives via phone and email.
  • Complete documentation and other assigned tasks.

Required skills

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of professional work experience
  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
  • Problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
