Safe Haven Security is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their Affiliate Sales Division. In this role, you will leverage warm inbound leads from strategic partners to provide tailored home service solutions, focusing on security and automation products. The position offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with average annual earnings exceeding $120,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for referred customers
  • Educate customers on bundled solutions like home security and automation
  • Convert inbound calls and email inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth post-sale experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics in sales and customer satisfaction

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of inside sales or high-touch customer service experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • CRM proficiency and tech-savviness
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and timelines
  • Phone-based sales experience is a plus
