Overview

As the Inside Sales Manager for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in the East Region, you will lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, developing training programs, and utilizing analytical tools to optimize sales performance and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales activities of the inside sales team
  • Implement policies and procedures for the inside sales team
  • Utilize software for schedule adherence and addressing issues
  • Foster teamwork and clear communication with direct reports
  • Lead training initiatives and stay current on company information
  • Analyze sales operations and drive improvements
  • Set performance expectations and provide coaching
  • Achieve sales goals through hiring, training, and skill development
  • Attend sales meetings and industry conferences
  • Manage a small book of accounts and remain market-facing

Required skills
