Overview

Astute Electronics Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role is vital for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the electronic components industry, particularly for aerospace, defense, and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive demand creation for Astute service offerings and focus on new client acquisition.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new customers and industries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for quotes (RFQs).
  • Expand business with target accounts to achieve AVL/PSL status.
  • Determine resell pricing on customer quotes while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain and monitor sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and identify improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Manage customer interface for credit and financial information.
  • Utilize Excel for reporting and maintaining records for new and prospective accounts.
  • Track customer interactions and pipeline management using Salesforce.
