Job Description

Overview

The Inside Sales & Customer Service Coordinator at Industrial Profile Systems will provide essential support to customers while collaborating with Sales Managers, Engineering, and Product Management. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing projects, and identifying sales opportunities, ensuring effective communication of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to reactive dormant accounts and grow existing accounts to achieve sales objectives
  • Support customer inquiries by providing quotes, processing orders, and giving client updates
  • Research new product requests and write orders
  • Serve as a liaison with the outside sales team
  • Track and prepare reports on leads and sales
  • Follow up on order entry, sales fulfillment, installation, and customer service requests
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
  • Process applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, and related paperwork

Required skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
