Overview

As an Inside Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, you will sell products directly to B2B customers by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role emphasizes initiating calls to customers, building rapport, and ensuring an overall superior customer service experience, all while working full-time in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote continued penetration of portfolio into accounts
  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships
  • Achieve customer retention goals and follow up to close sales
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with B2B customers
  • Maintain consumer prospect lists and assess purchasing trends
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features and benefits
  • Attend and participate in sales team meetings and training
