Overview

As an Inside Sales Consultant at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, you will be responsible for selling products directly to B2B customers by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships. This role focuses on driving direct sales and ensuring a superior customer service experience without the necessity for travel or account visits.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote continued penetration of portfolio into accounts based on customer needs
  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships through exceptional service
  • Achieve customer retention goals and follow up with consumers to close sales
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing B2B customers
  • Maintain consumer prospect lists to assess client purchasing trends
  • Acquire in-depth industry knowledge to articulate product features and benefits
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training
  • Attend sales group meetings regarding sales targets and market situation
