Job Title: Inside Sales RepresentativeCompensation: $60,000- $70,000 + target monthly incentive and full benefits This is a hybrid role, so candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area and able to work on-site as required Position Summary:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers, quoting, processing orders, providing product information, and supporting outside sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, product details, and order status updatesCommunicate with existing and prospective customers to promote products and servicesPrepare and follow up on sales quotations, pricing, and product availabilityMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and communications in SAP, CRM and ERP systemsCollaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillmentIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or servicesSupport outside sales representatives by providing strong customer service and facilitating regular communicationMonitor open orders, back-orders, and shipping issues to ensure customer satisfactionParticipate in sales meetings and training to stay current with product knowledge and market trendsMeet or exceed individual sales and productivity targetsAll other duties assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systemDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferred Skills:Experience in steel, manufacturing, or technical product salesFamiliarity with order entry systems and supply chain coordinationAbility to interpret technical drawings or specifications Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision benefits401k Match & Profit SharingSTD and Life Insurance10 paid holidays plus PTOFlexible Spending Account Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPIe4d39eb4da87-4684
