That commitment has earned us recognition as one of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplaces for five consecutive years.If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working with a team that values your contributions, we'd love to meet you.What You Will DoAssist customers with phone and walk-in (will-call) sales of HVAC parts and supplies-no cold calling required.Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, pricing, and lead times via phone, email, and other communication channels.Follow up on quotations and pricing requests to provide outstanding customer service.Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain current lead times and delivery information.Partner with our Outside Sales team to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional service.Educate customers on product features, applications, and solutions to help meet their business needs.Build long-term customer relationships through responsiveness, product knowledge, and dependable service.
