Innovation & Technology - Technology Strategy, Operations & Business Analytics InternshipThe Innovation & Technology - Technology Strategy, Operations & Business Analytics Internship is a 10.5-week full-time opportunity that starts on May 24th, 2027, and concludes on August 4th, 2027.This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the following office locations:Hartford, CTDallas, TXScottsdale, AZWoonsocket, RIThe other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Wage is dependent on final office location and team assignment. Additionally, our corporate interns have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a future role with CVS Health.Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.These interns help optimize how technology organizations operate, invest, and deliver value. They use analytics, reporting, process improvement, financial insights, and business operations knowledge to support strategic decision-making.You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:Build Power BI dashboards and reportsAnalyze technology costs and investmentsImprove operational processes through automationConduct research and business analysisSupport organizational planning and technology governanceRequired Qualifications:Meet educational requirements (see education section)Preferred Qualifications:Have demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projectsHave internship, work, or project experience in related field of Healthcare TechnologyShow strong written and verbal communication skillsPossess problem solving skillsExhibit an analytical and growth mindsetHave project management experienceHave an interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduationHave experience with some of the following:Technology business management, financial analytics, reporting, process improvement, change and organizational operationsExcel, Power BI, SQL, Power Automate, research, presentations and business communicationAI & Automation: Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, AI, automation, generative AI, and low-code/no-code tools, with a desire to apply emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, business insights, and user experiences.Education:You should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's DegreeHave a graduation date between September 2027 to August 2028Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position.
