Overview

The Injection Molding Technician III at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is responsible for maintaining the daily operation of molding machines and ensuring quality production. This role requires proficiency in operating and maintaining molding equipment, as well as the ability to train others in these tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain molding equipment and ensure quality of parts
  • Pull and set molds
  • Navigate PLC to change robot setup
  • Check moisture content of material
  • Read and train others on quality testing equipment
  • Maintain molds and perform mold cleaning
  • Perform basic molding machine maintenance
  • Troubleshoot issues with molding machines
  • Read blueprints and train others
