Overview

The Injection Molding Technician III at U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of molding machines, ensuring the production of quality parts. This role involves training others in machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality control while maintaining productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain daily operation of molding machines
  • Ensure machine productivity and quality of parts
  • Train others in maintaining molding equipment
  • Pull and set molds as needed
  • Navigate PLC to change Robot setup
  • Check moisture content of material and train others
  • Read blueprints and train others on quality testing equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues with molding machines
