Position Summary Micron Solutions is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to support our medical device and contract manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving injection molding presses, auxiliary equipment, robotic systems, and CNC machinery to ensure reliable equipment performance and minimal production downtime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills. Injection molding equipment maintenance experience is required. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment. Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Support installation, startup, relocation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance on material handling equipment, dryers, chillers, thermolators, conveyors, and related systems. Assist in troubleshooting molding process-related equipment issues. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation. Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring maintenance concerns. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and departmental standards. Support ISO 13485 quality system requirements and documentation practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with Process Technicians, Production Supervisors, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support production goals.
