You ready warm-up mills, configure injection and extrusion equipment, and stage molds for a smooth start. Temperatures and pressures are dialed in. Materials are moved into place with the right handling tools. Throughout the shift, you watch the gauges, keep the process stable, and make quality your signature. What You'll Handle Prepare, assemble, and disassemble molds for both production runs and storage.Set and adjust autoclave temperatures and related parameters for reliable curing.Load and unload materials using appropriate material handling equipment.Run injection operations while continuously monitoring pressure and temperature gauges.Grind, buff, and clean threads on molded parts using hand or power tools.Conduct visual inspections of finished materials to verify quality. How You'll Succeed Your focus is to meet required performance standards without compromising safety or craftsmanship. You coordinate with teammates, keep equipment orderly, and ensure every setup-from mills to autoclaves-supports both throughput and quality. What You Bring High School Diploma or GED.1-2 years in a manufacturing setting; experience with molding, machining, fabrication, or assembly is a plus.Clear communication and strong teamwork instincts.Commitment to performing essential duties safely.Ability to lift 50 lbs.
